Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Multi-League Scheduler website.
Payments & Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax/VAT, invoicing, and refund processing.
EU / EEA Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days of the purchase date, without giving any reason.
Note: Since the Service provides immediate digital access upon purchase, your right of withdrawal may be lost once you begin using the Service, if you acknowledged this during checkout.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are generally eligible when:
- Submitted within 14 days of the purchase date
- The purchase was not fraudulent or abusive
- The account has not been materially misused
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current paid term.
How to Request a Refund
- Use the refund link in your Paddle receipt email; or
- Contact Paddle Support with your order details.

Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests after 14 days (unless required by law)
- Refund abuse or fraudulent activity
- Account misuse or sharing beyond purchased terms
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact Paddle first. Unnecessary chargebacks may delay resolution and may result in access suspension.
