1. Definitions

• "Multi-League Scheduler", "we", : the operator of the Service.
• "Service": the Multi-League Scheduler website, web application, and all related features.
• "Subscription": a yearly paid plan granting access to premium features (Starter, Club, or Pro).

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Plans and Pricing

Multi-League Scheduler offers the following plans:

• Free — 1 league, basic features
• Starter — up to 2 leagues, PDF export, game status
• Club — up to 8 leagues, referees, drag & drop, filters, team logos
• Pro — unlimited leagues, all features including AI assistant, sharing, preferences, constraints

Prices are displayed at checkout and may be subject to VAT depending on your location. Subscriptions are billed annually and renew automatically unless cancelled.

4. Billing and Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax/VAT, invoicing, and refunds.

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of your current billing period.

5. Refunds

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase date.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service
• Use the Service to distribute malware or unlawful content
• Misrepresent your identity or payment information

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and materials are owned by Multi-League Scheduler or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. The Service is provided under license, not sold.

8. Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service (leagues, teams, fixtures, etc.). We store your data to provide the Service and sync it across your sessions. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Service will be error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multi-League Scheduler is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Courts of Athens shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
